• Linda Wood, a slimming coach and holistic therapist, runs her own business in Welwyn called Core Connections and practices the disciplines of reiki, reflexology, massage and hypnotherapy.
• She has appeared as an expert on ITV's The Trisha Show and is the author of A Helping Hand, a weight loss card deck.
• Oaklands resident Linda, 39, said: "I had my own weight problem 22 years ago.
• "After lots of experimenting and getting it wrong, I found a way to shift the weight without the struggle and have maintained it ever since."
• Slim for Life is a one-month intensive coaching programme for weight loss.
• It includes four coaching sessions, telephone coaching, self-hypnosis training and support materials and costs £120.
