“Big Pharma vaccines are safe,” says Big Pharma-funded study

Russia Today’s article, “Vaccines don’t cause autism, complications extremely rare — study,” states that:

“There is no evidence that immunizing vaccinations cause autism while any complications arising from their administration to children are extremely rare, new analysis comprised of 67 research studies has discovered.

“There is strong evidence that MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccine is not associated with autism,” the study’s results said, according to Land Destroyer Report.

To back up its claim, the article cites a study published in Pediatrics: Official Journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics, saying: “We found evidence that some vaccines are associated with serious AEs [adverse effects]; however, these events are extremely rare and must be weighed against the protective benefits that vaccines provide.”

Tony Cartalucci of The Land Destroyer Report, however, points that the above conclusions are hardly convincing, considering the fact that its authors — Margaret A. Maglione, Lopamudra Das, Laura Raaen, Alexandria Smith, Ramya Chari, Sydne Newberry, Roberta Shanman, Tanja Perry, and Courtney Gidengil — are all associated with the corporate-funded, American global policy think-tank RAND Corporation. FYI, some of RAND’s biggest sponsors are GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Merck, both of which manufacture various vaccines — the very topic of the supposedly “objective” and “scientifically backed” paper.

While there may be some truth to the science behind vaccinations, the corporations that have monopolized their manufacturing and distribution are undoubtedly merely motivated by greed. As Cartalucci puts it, “The debate is not necessarily whether the process of vaccinating is good or bad, but why criminal enterprises have monopolized that process and what can be done to stop them.

“As with everything else corporate monopolies do, there is a hidden agenda behind the drive to whitewash and promote big-pharma’s vaccines – an agenda that may transcend mere profits and demands additional scrutiny. If commentators want to assign blame upon anyone for creating public distrust in vaccines, it should be upon Big Pharma itself.”
