Top elections lawyer says nationwide mail-in ballot plan is “most massive fraud scheme in history” of the country

Here’s a good rule of thumb to remember: When it comes to anything having anything at all to do with elections, if Democrats support it, you should oppose it.

That’s because whatever plan or proposal Democrats support involving our elections process, it’s not because they love democracy and want to let voters decide issues. Just the opposite; they want to decide for you.

That’s why Democrats so vehemently opposed voter ID laws — requiring people to prove who they are and that they can legally cast ballots means Democrats can’t steal as many votes.

And speaking of vote theft, a leading First Amendment attorney who gained notoriety for his successful defense in the Citizens United case is now warning that Democrats’ nationwide mail-in balloting plan is nothing short of an effort to steal every election they choose to steal for the foreseeable future.

As reported by Inside Sources:

Jim Bopp, Jr. filed two lawsuits in federal court this week — one in Nevada and one in Virginia — to stop officials in those states from mailing out ballots to everyone on the voter rolls, not just those who request them.

“I don’t use the word ‘voters,’ I use the word ‘people on the registration rolls’ because many of them are ineligible to vote,” he said. “They’re not voters. They’re people that are on the registration rolls that are ineligible to vote.”

In recent weeks, congressional Democrats have attempted to use the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to push through a nationwide mail-in voting scheme as a means of “keeping Americans safe.” Such a plan would not eliminate in-person voting altogether, mind you, but it would provide Democrats with an incredible opportunity to ‘ballot harvest’ tens of millions of illegal votes to steal elections.

Democrats have been trying to register everybody in the country

However, groups that have studied mail-in balloting for years are warning anew that tens of millions of votes could be illegally cast using outdated voter registration rolls that one organization, Judicial Watch, is currently attempting to rectify with lawsuits against states and jurisdictions. The group has already found millions of “extra” registrants on these outdated registration rolls. (Related: Dems using coronavirus pandemic to launch MASSIVE effort to steal all future elections — we need national voter ID NOW.)

What are ‘unqualified’ names? People who have moved, have died, are felons with no voting rights, or duplicates. Non-citizens are a problem, too. The Heritage Foundation lays out the problem succinctly:

Going entirely to by-mail elections would unwisely endanger the security and integrity of the election process, particularly if officials automatically mail absentee ballots to all registered voters without a signed, authenticated request from each voter.

Voter registration rolls are notoriously inaccurate and out of date, containing the names of voters who are deceased, have moved, or otherwise have become ineligible.

And Democrats know this, of course.

“Democrats have been trying to register everybody in the country and then fight purging the rolls of ineligible people, and now they want to mail ballots to every single one of them,” says Bopp. “It’s just like, talk about the most massive fraud scheme in the history of America. Makes Tammany Hall look like a bunch of pikers, or the Pendergast Machine in Kansas City look like they didn’t even know how to steal elections.”

Bopp, too, is filing lawsuits to stop the madness. And he filed a brief in a New Mexico case earlier this month on behalf of the group True the Vote and residents who fear their votes could be canceled through fraud.

“What the parties request this court to do here is little else than pure anarchy that robs both the legislature and the eligible, registered voters of New Mexico of the authority and protections afforded each under the New Mexico [Constitution] and the United States Constitution.”
