A passion for naturopathic medicine

As an undergraduate, Dr. Chasse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of New Hampshire. It was her interest in nutritional biochemistry that drove her to the world of naturopathic medicine, which continues to inform her clinical decisions today.

Dr. Chasse is also Emerson Ecologics’ Vice President of Scientific & Regulatory Affairs, the largest supplier of vitamins and supplements for doctors. She also serves as President of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and is a regular contributor to a myriad of news outlets, including Health, Women’s Health, Mother Earth News and Natural Home and Garden, to name just a few.

Throughout her professional career, Dr. Chase has lectured across the country on various integrative medicine topics. She has authored several scholarly and popular articles, and has research published in clinical journals. She is currently on the Editorial Board for the Natural Medicine Journal and volunteers for Venture Unlimited, an outdoor program dedicated to cultivating leadership skills among high school students.
