During a recent episode of his show, available for viewing at Brighteon.com, Jones highlights the contents of a report recently put out by Reason exposing how Senate Democrats are conspiring to eliminate all free speech on the internet.
Under the guise of combating "Russian interference" in American elections and corresponding "fake news," the Democrats, led by Senator Mark Meadows (D-VA), have put forth a proposal that aims to crack down on the free flow of information online.
This proposal, which was leaked by an unknown source to Axios, argues that silencing conservative viewpoints on the web is critical for preserving American trust in "our institutions, democracy, free press, and markets."
Senator Chris Murphy, a Democrat from Connecticut, is also outspoken in his opposition to free speech, having recently tweeted a message of support concerning the takedown of InfoWars by Facebook, YouTube, and various other social media platforms:
"Infowars is the tip of a giant iceberg of hate and lies that uses sites like Facebook and YouTube to tear our nation apart. These companies must do more than take down one website. The survival of our democracy depends on it."
"What an Orwellian statement," Jones states in response to Sen. Murphy's tweet.

The ominous implications of what the Senate Democrats are proposing says a whole lot about what liberals think of the First Amendment. Rather than uphold the God-given right of Americans to have their voices heard, leftists would prefer to control all forms of communication for their own benefit – the exact opposite of classical liberalism and everything it once stood for.
"A multinational, global combine is trying to take the U.S. over," Jones warns. "It already thought it had control. (But) Trump got elected, patriots are awake, nationalism is exploding, people are waking up, the economy is coming back, and they're panicking," he adds, referring on this last point to the deep state.
And just to be clear, it won't stop with just Jones and InfoWars. As Jones explains, his network was a preliminary target to test the waters and see how the public responds. This is why it's critical that we do respond, and make our voices heard in support of free speech rights for everyone.
"So, how do they shut down free speech? Well, you pick somebody, you demonize them, and then you do it," Jones explains.
"And then once people go along with that test case, you move forward against everybody into the midterms, then you get your Congress elected as Democrats, then you can start the impeachment, then Mueller can put out all his B.S., and the rest is history."
We warned about this as well, revealing back in August how the next phase will also likely include the takedown of alternative narratives concerning human health and wellness.
Now is not the time to grow content and complacent, in other words. President Trump can only do so much on his own to fight back against these deep state tyrants. It's up to all of us to take the reigns and valiantly fight for the protection of the First Amendment.
"This is a red alert," Jones emphasized during the segment. "Call C-SPAN, call talk radio, call Congress."
