Radical Left coordinated mass forgery to disparage Amy Barrett and try to make her appear unlikable
By Lance D Johnson // Oct 14, 2020

A radical left organization named Alliance for Justice sent out a press release claiming they have in their possession “the largest known lawyer opposition letter to a Supreme Court nominee.” A number of left-leaning legal blogs got behind the unverified letter and promoted its claims online. The press release was advertised as a “394-page letter” signed by 6,056 “members of the legal profession” including 5,000 lawyers and 14 judges. Left-leaning Unbendable Media sent the press release out to reporters hoping that the document would destroy the reputation of Amy Barrett and nullify her nomination to the Supreme Court.

“It is virtually unprecedented for thousands of lawyers, from every state and a breadth of backgrounds, to unite in opposition to a Supreme Court nominee,” said Ms. Nan Aron, President for the Alliance for Justice.

"As people who have devoted their careers to the pursuit of justice and upholding our Constitution, they have made clear that a vote to confirm Amy Coney Barrett is a vote to strip away health care protections from millions, eviscerate protections for those with preexisting conditions, overturn Roe, and dismantle civil rights," she said, calling the letter the "tip of the iceberg."

The knock-out punch against Amy Coney Barrett ultimately backfires on the Left

Alliance for Justice sent the sensationalist letter to the U.S. Senate hoping to derail the nomination of Amy Barrett to the Supreme Court. The letter was supposed to contain multiple thousands of signatures from lawyers around the country who opposed Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

Instead, the letter proved to be forged, containing more than a hundred pages of duplicate names and the signatures of dead people. This is how disgustingly low the radical left will go to demean and disparage a Justice nominated by President Donald Trump. The letter is yet another embarrassing moment for the mentally deranged left, who have no constructive ideas, no guiding principles, and no moral sustenance. Ever since Donald Trump was elected, the country has had to endure a never-ending tirade of fake news, phony witch hunts, online censorship, political shaming and an onslaught of left-wing violence, riots and domestic terrorism. The left is not only failing to get their way, but they are also exposing their own lack of ethics, morals and values in the process. It seems these forged signatures were prepared and duplicated in advance, in anticipation that Donald Trump would nominate a third Supreme Court Justice. None of the signatories were verified. None of the liberal legal blogs have redacted the letter. One of the duplicate signatures forged on the letter appears to come from the late Patricia Whalen, who passed away in May 2020, long before Judge Barrett was nominated and long before Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away. The forged letter disgraces the late Whalen, a former international judge of the War Crimes Chamber at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The defamation tactic used in this "tip of the iceberg" letter is commonly used by the left to make a republican nominee for public office appear unpopular and unlikable. This same tactic has been used multiple times by the media throughout 2020 to disparage the President and demean the alliances and progress forged by the Trump administration. Recent headlines have tried to make Trump appear unpopular, using terms like “x number” of former national security advisors oppose Trump or “x number” of FBI agents are turning against the President. The defamation against President Trump and Amy Barrett is nothing more than hysterical assumptions and conjecture, used to manipulate the population as the 2020 Presidential race heats up.
