Clay Clark chats with Lin Wood about the Biden administration’s tyranny – Brighteon.TV
By Ramon Tomey // Oct 08, 2021

"Thrive Time Show" host Clay Clark sits down with attorney Lin Wood in a fireside chat session. During the Oct. 4 fireside chat which aired on Brighteon.TV, the conservative lawyer urged people to say no and resist President Joe Biden's tyrannical mandates.

Clark dubs his fireside chat with Wood as one of the most important ones he has done because of its timing. "We are seeing right now what it looks like for a godless administration to attempt to impose its will on the American people," he says.

He continues: "We right now find ourselves in a time where the Biden administration is calling for sweeping new vaccine mandates for 100 million Americans. Also, the Biden administration is now proposing … rules and regulations that would require banks to turn over their customers' personal account information to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) if they have a balance of more than $600 in a bank account."

President Joe Biden announced the new sweeping vaccine mandates during a Sept. 9 White House press conference. These mandates include compulsory vaccination for federal employees under the executive branch and private firms with 100 employees or more. All workers in hospitals, care homes and other medical facilities are now required to get the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine under Biden's order.

Biden pointed his finger at Americans refusing the vaccine during his Sept. 9 press conference, comparing the situation to a "pandemic of the unvaccinated." The president then made a thinly veiled threat to unvaccinated Americans: "We've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin. And your refusal has cost all of us. So please, do the right thing."

Furthermore, the Biden administration's proposal for the IRS to track activity for accounts with $600 or more has been justified as a way to raise revenues and catch more people cheating on their taxes. Under the proposal, banks and other financial institutions are mandated to report deposits and withdrawals for both business and personal accounts. Those with less than $600 are exempted from this rule.

Lin Wood: New mandates are "psychological threats" by the Biden administration

Wood says the Biden administration's vaccine mandates are illegal and go "against our fundamental Founding Fathers' principles that were inspired by God." (Related: Biden goes full tyrant, announces sweeping vaccine mandates rooted in OBEDIENCE, not science.)

"All of my adult life, I never dreamed that I would see America in the shape that it's in right now. I never fathomed that there would be tyranny in this country – where the government would be mandating, ordering and threatening its citizenry if it did not follow the instructions of the government. [In] America, the government is We The People. It's a government of the people, for the people and by the people. I never dreamed that we would have the government, being the people we elected, tell us what to do. I thought we were supposed to tell them what to do," Wood tells Clark.

Wood also comments on the new IRS rule, calling it an "egregious violation of our constitutional right of privacy bestowed upon us by our Creator." He adds: "It simply is not lawful to try to have the IRS telling banks to report about the private transactions of citizens."

According to the lawyer, an existing rule mandates banks to report cash transactions amounting to $10,000 or higher as a way to pick up on potential drug dealing – but not $600. (Related: Biden regime proposing to authorize IRS to spy on bank accounts of ALL Americans.)

In spite of this, he also offers some advice to push back against this proposal. "If your bank is going to invade your privacy and report your transactions of $600 or more to the IRS, that's tyranny and an invasion of your privacy. Resist it, say no [and] find another way to do your transactions financially."

Some of the suggestions by Wood include using cash, bartering goods and transacting within the local community.

"There are going to be alternatives, [and] they're being developed now. Freedom-loving patriots are going to find an alternative to doing business so we don't have to live under tyranny," Wood says. "This country has gone downhill from being a nation under God where we have democracy to being a nation literally under the devil where we have tyranny. So this nation needs a revival. It needs a revival based on the revelation of truth and it needs restoration."

Wood tells the "Thrive Time Show" host that the mandates only serve as psychological threats to weaken the people. "They will never be able to defeat us if we just have the courage to say no. Because when the American public says no, no foreign or domestic enemy can take over this country. So say no to these mandates and these other tyrannical orders," Wood says.
