Reality Camp: Stacey Campfield slams Joe Biden for overseeing America’s DOWNFALL – Brighteon.TV
By Kevin Hughes // Jun 23, 2022

"Reality Camp" host Stacey Campfield slammed President Joe Biden's for overseeing America's downfall, most especially in the aspect of oil production.

"The only country that Joe Biden has crippled has been America. The only oil industry that he has really shut down has been American oil," Campfield said during a recent episode of his talk show on Brighteon.TV.

Campfield, a former Tennessee state senator, pointed out that Biden has put to a stop America's ability to produce and get oil from the very first day he took office. Biden's call for the use of renewable energy from solar and wind power also proved futile.

He is not the first former official to point out Biden's questionable moves at the onset of his term. Former South Carolina Governor and United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley called out the new administration's axing of the Keystone XL oil pipeline project and the moves to ban fracking on Jan. 27 – exactly one week after Biden's inauguration. (Related: Biden CANCELS two key gas exploration leases in deliberate takedown of America's energy infrastructure.)

She told Fox News that Russian President Vladimir Putin "has to be pretty ecstatic right now," noting that one of the things that bothered the Russian leader the most was "how energy independent [the U.S.] had become." Haley also branded Biden's first seven days in office "a good first week for Russia."

Under former President Donald Trump, the U.S. became the world’s top oil producer and maintained its position as the top global producer of natural gas. In 2019, the country became a net exporter of petroleum products – both crude oil and refined – for the first time since 1949.

But now, Biden has to go to Saudi Arabia and other countries chanting "death to America" just to get oil. This should not be the case, said Campfield.

America has enough crude oil to address current and projected demand

The "Reality Camp" host noted that there is enough recoverable crude oil within the continental U.S. to supply current and projected future demands for 400 years. That is just the oil America knows about, and does not account future discoveries.

"We do not need to import a single drop of foreign crude oil, but we're doing it anyway. The domestic oil industry can easily meet and even surpass domestic demand. We've done it before and we can do it again, that's a fact under Trump," Campfield said.

"We were a net exporter of energy, [but] that changed when Joe Biden got in office. The domestic oil industry currently cannot satisfy domestic demand due to oil drilling restrictions imposed by the federal government."

According to the former state lawmaker, oil is important because the price of virtually everything revolves around it. Commodities are cheap when oil is plenty; in turn, commodities are expensive when oil is scarce.

Incidentally, Campfield remarked that other countries should not be blamed for the fuel supply and fuel price predicament in the United States.

"Domestic oil is scarce and the price of everything is high because of the restrictions imposed by the federal government," he said. "It's Joe Biden's fault because he's suppressing the domestic oil industry for political gain." He cited Biden's plan to add a 21 percent surtax on oil companies' excess profits as an example of this.

Furthermore, Campfield pointed out that the U.S. has not built new oil refineries since 1977. There were 301 refineries in 1983, but these have now dwindled to 121 – less than half of the 1983 number. He added that Royal Dutch Shell used to operate 54 refineries in 2004, but reduced it to eight and announced plans to further reduce it to five in 2025 to supposedly reduce the company's climate impact.
