The Zelenko Report: DOJ and FBI don’t have any credibility, argues Kevin Jenkins – Brighteon.TV
By Kevin Hughes // Aug 23, 2022

Kevin Jenkins, co-chairperson of Zelenko Freedom Foundation (ZFF), argued that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) no longer have any credibility.

During the Aug. 15 episode of "The Zelenko Report" on Brighteon.TV, Jenkins shared this argument with his co-host Ann Vandersteel. The "Steel Truth" host also serves as co-chairperson of the foundation named after the late family physician Dr. Vladimir "Zev" Zelenko.

"It's happening right now. The DOJ and the FBI, they don't have any credibility," he told his co-host. "Just like [the] mainstream media, they have lost all credibility."

According to Jenkins, these federal institutions exposed themselves again – further bolstering a prediction of former President Donald Trump about the weaponization of these agencies. He added that the Aug. 8 raid on Mar-a-Lago, Trump's home in Palm Beach, Florida, is "an assault on all Americans and America's constitutional republic."

Jenkins also said the American people are no longer listening to these government agencies and a reckoning in the country needs to happen soon.

Vandersteel, meanwhile, pointed out that the FBI agents who raided Mar-a-Lago allegedly seized attorney-client privileged information. She added that the move raised questions about the DOJ's tactics, as well as doubts as to whether it would be able to use any of these seized materials if it hypothetically prosecutes the former president.

According to the "Steel Truth" host, the DOJ and the FBI hold a double standard concerning Trump – which they refuse to apply to Democratic Party-linked figures such as Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden. She added that U.S. District Court Judge Bruce Reinhardt, who signed the search warrant authorizing the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago, recused himself due to his clear animosity toward the former president.

Nevertheless, Jones remarked that the FBI is "like a house of cards that is falling apart." He also lauded Trump for being "brilliant and impressive" as he stayed quiet and focused on the issue of exposing corrupt people in the federal government.

Durham, Republicans pushing back against FBI

According to Vandersteel, Special Counsel John Durham has also investigated the FBI agents involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid. Former U.S. Attorney General William Barr appointed Durham as a special counsel for the Crossfire Hurricane probe. This appointment, added Vandersteel, enabled him to complete his work without facing the threat of termination. (Related: Here’s the list: The top ten instances where the deep state FBI, DOJ and CIA spies attempted to set up the Trump campaign and administration.)

She also mentioned Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, who promised that the Republican Party will investigate the Mar-a-Lago raid when the GOP takes the Senate majority after the November 2022 midterm election. Grassley, now the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, echoed the ZFF co-chair's sentiment regarding the FBI's double standard concerning Trump.

Vandersteel continued that Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has now taken things a step further by filing articles of impeachment against incumbent U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland. The impeachment filed against the DOJ head sought to hold him accountable for the egregious overreach of the federal government.

Jenkins lauded the Georgia congresswoman's actions, saying that every GOP and Democrat member of Congress should stand with her.

However, this does not appear to be the case as Vandersteel revealed. Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw mocked his GOP colleagues such as Greene and Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar for calling to defund the FBI.

"It's crazy; it makes us seem like extremist Democrats," said the eyepatch-wearing congressman. Crenshaw added that Greene, alongside Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, "can go join the defund the law enforcement club if they want" as "99 percent of [GOP members] are not on that train."

Vandersteel denounced the Texas congressman in the program, calling him "anti-Trump" and a "fake conservative." Jenkins agreed, adding that the American people do not need "Republicans in name only" such as Crenshaw.
