71% of Democrats ‘likely’ would have voted differently if they knew Hunter Biden’s laptop was real: poll
By News Editors // Aug 29, 2022

(LifeSiteNews) – Seventy-one percent of Democrats would have voted differently in the 2020 presidential election if they knew that the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop were accurate and not “Russian disinformation” as media outlets and pundits claimed, according to a recent poll.

The contents of the laptop include thousands of emails detailing how Hunter Biden and his associates made money through connections with investors in China and Ukraine. The emails also discussed President Joe Biden’s involvement in the deals, with one email alluding to 10 percent of the cut from a deal going to the “big guy,” believed to be the current president.

Both The New York Times and The Washington Post confirmed in March 2022 that the emails were authentic, months after conservative news outlets and cybersecurity experts had already verified contents of the laptop.

The poll by TIPP Insights surveyed over 1,000 voters, including 437 who were following the story of the laptop. Seventy-one percent of Democrat respondents said that knowing the contents were real would have “very likely” or “somewhat likely” changed their vote.

Meanwhile 75 percent of Democrats following the story agreed that a “truthful interpretation of the laptop” would have likely changed the 2020 election.

Twitter blocked the New York Post from sharing its original article on the laptop while Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently said his company reduced distribution of the story after the FBI approached it.

“We just kind of thought, Hey look, if the FBI which, you know, I still view as a legitimate institution in this country, it’s a very professional law enforcement,” Zuckerberg told Joe Rogan in an interview posted on Thursday. “They come to us and tell us that we need to be on guard about something. Then I wanna take that seriously.”

Atheist liberal commentator Sam Harris praised the way the story was suppressed, calling it “warranted.”

Harris recently stated on a podcast that the potential financial dealings of the Biden family and foreign officials was not nearly as much of a threat to the country as a failed real estate school formerly run by Donald Trump and his associates called “Trump University.”

“Whatever the scope of what Joe Biden’s corruption is – we can just go down that rabbit hole endlessly and understand that he’s getting kickbacks from Hunter Biden’s deals in Ukraine or wherever else, or China – it is infinitesimal compared to the corruption we know Trump is involved in. It’s like a firefly to the sun,” Harris said on the “Triggernometry” podcast last week. “It doesn’t even stack up against Trump University.”
