Transgender shooter’s manifesto leaked; Nashville police flip out
By Richard Brown // Nov 07, 2023

The first three pages of the manifesto attributed to the Christian Covenant School shooter have been leaked to the media, providing valuable information to police investigators.

However, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) announced on Monday that the three images accompanying the purported first three pages of the manifesto are not "crime scene images," as reported by the Daily Caller.

Conservative political commentator Steven Crowder shared photographs of what he claimed were three pages from the alleged manifesto written by the now-deceased Audrey Hale, who carried out a fatal shooting at Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee, in March. Hale was killed by police officers during the incident, as she continued firing on the building's second floor.

In a statement, the MNPD said: "The MNPD is in communication with the Metropolitan Department of Law as an investigation continues into the dissemination of three photographs of writings during an online discussion about Covenant School. The photographs are not MNPD crime scene images."

Authorities have confirmed the existence of a manifesto authored by Hale, in which she purportedly planned the attack for several weeks.

Following the shooting, law enforcement obtained the manifesto, which is currently being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), as reported by the Daily Caller.

While the MNPD did not confirm the authenticity of the writings, Fox Nashville verified their legitimacy.

Nashville mayor probes leak

According to the Epoch Times, Metro Nashville Mayor Freddie O'Connell initiated an investigation into the leak, though he did not address the documents' authenticity. Various agencies have been unable to verify the documents' authenticity.

In a statement, O'Connell expressed his concerns about the well-being and security of the Covenant families and the city's residents, and instructed the initiation of an investigation into the release of the images, which may involve local, state and federal authorities.

A spokeswoman for MNPD conveyed that there was "no information" available for release at this time when contacted by phone.

Meanwhile, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation stated it could not confirm the documents, as reported by an agency spokesperson.

Earlier on Monday, Nov. 6, Alex Jones claimed that the Biden administration's Department of Justice had suppressed the document. Facebook swiftly censored the Nashville shooter's manifesto, prompting discussions on the subject's fit within the "white supremacist" narrative.

The FBI declined a request for Hale's manifesto, citing U.S. Code exemptions for law enforcement records or information that could disrupt enforcement proceedings.

The specifics of the enforcement proceedings were not mentioned in the letter, making it unclear what these proceedings are, as the shooter died at the scene of the attack.

Leftists criticized the shooting, suggesting that it might have been prevented had Tennessee not enacted laws against gender-based surgeries and hormone treatments for minors.

The shooting occurred on March 27, leaving three 9-year-olds and three adults dead, just days before the scheduled "Trans Day Of Vengeance" on April 1.

The attack was carefully planned with detailed maps and surveillance, according to police.

In an interview with NBC News days after the attack, MNPD chief John Drake said there were also indications that Hale had planned to target other locations.

Hale came to the school with two AR-style weapons and a handgun, Drake said. Two of those weapons were legally obtained in the Nashville area.

Among those killed was Covenant’s head of school, Katherine Koonce, 60.

"She targeted random students in the school. Whoever she came in contact with she fired rounds," Drake said. Hale was confronted by five officers and two of them opened fire, killing the attacker.
