Outdoor apparel company The North Face named as major sponsor of LGBT youth camp that grooms kids to become drag queens
By Ramon Tomey // Apr 11, 2024

Outdoor apparel company The North Face (TNF) has been named as a major sponsor of an LGBT youth camp that grooms children into drag queens.

InfoWars reported that the Denver-based TNF was among the sponsors of Camp Brave Trails. The program, which brands itself as an "overnight summer camp specially designed" for children between 12 and 17 years old who identify as LGBT, was established in 2015. Camp Brave Trails, which has locations in California and New York, seeks to "empower future LGBTQ+ leaders" in various ways – including by having them meet with "adult mentors."

But in reality, Camp Brave Trails serves as a venue to groom the next generation into accepting depravity and gender confusion. Multiple videos about the camp show children involved in cross-dressing and pursuing ambiguous "gender identities." Juvenile participants in the camp are also being indoctrinated into blurring the lines of gender, mainly through facilities such as "genderless" bathrooms and housing.

Camp Brave Trails founders Kayla and Jessica Weissbuch – a lesbian couple – attested to this during an appearance on "The Kelly Clarkson Show." Kayla told program host and "American Idol" winner Kelly Clarkson: "All of our housing is genderless, bathrooms are genderless, we ask for names and pronouns all the time from campers and they can change them all they like." At the end of the segment, Clarkson announced that food company Conagra would donate $10,000 to the camp. The Chicago-based Conagra owns iconic food brands such as Birds Eye, Duncan Hines, Reddi-wip and Slim Jim.

Breitbart News meanwhile reported, citing the Daily Wire, that TNF has been a long-time sponsor of the camp. According to the Wire, the outdoor apparel giant had donated more than $70,000 to help the camp. Two other shoe companies – Toms and Brooks – have also supported Camp Brave Trails.

Target previously sponsored Camp Brave Trails

Incidentally, the Breitbart News report also disclosed that big-box retailer Target had previously donated to Camp Brave Trails. The LGBT camp itself announced this in 2022, saying that it would be a beneficiary of the retailer's Target Circle program. "We are honored and excited to announce that we have been chosen to participate in a special charitable giving campaign, sponsored and funded by Target," the camp said at the time.

Both Target and TNF received backlash for their promotion of the gay agenda. The outdoor apparel giant came under fire for its advertisement that featured drag queen Pattie Gonia (born Wyn Wiley). Promotional materials featuring the drag queen urged the public to "come out" in nature – a nod to the concept of coming out, i.e. being openly gay.

Meanwhile, Target drew flak for the LGBT merchandise it carried in June 2023, which coincided with the Pride month of that year. Among the items it carried on its shelves were "tuck-friendly" bathing suits for males pretending to be women and "light binding" swim apparel for females who wish to pretend as men.

Even worse, the big-box retailer carried items from designer Abprallen that featured satanic imagery. Some of the controversial merchandise include a "Too Queer for Here" tote bag and a sweatshirt that had the slogan "Cure Transphobia, Not Trans People." But the item that garnered the most attention was a shirt that had the slogan "Satan respects pronouns" – bolstering the demonic and twisted nature of LGBT.
