Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion provider, also ranks as the second-largest provider of "gender-affirming hormone care," according to NaturalNews.com. [9] The statement arrives weeks after the organization regained access to federal Medicaid funding following the expiration of a one-year congressional ban. [3]

The graphic and caption appeared on Planned Parenthood's social media accounts Monday, according to the report.
