University launches Orwellian probe of feminist grad student who truthfully said that men CANNOT be feminist women – ever
By JD Heyes // Jul 18, 2019

It’s not very politically correct these days to drop truth bombs on the LGBT community because they are the Left's new protected class, especially about things like biological sex.

But that doesn’t mean such truths cannot and should not be shouted from the rooftops.

Doing so is the only way Americans are ever going to salvage what’s left of our culture after it’s been nearly destroyed by Alt-Left activists and lunatics who hate our country as founded and would love nothing more than to replace our culture with a sort of ‘anything goes’ anarchy that punishes traditionalists.

No, seriously on the punishment.

As reported by The College Fix, a self-described radical feminist graduate student — one of those same Leftists we just mentioned — is now being investigated by her university because she dared to say that men cannot become, well, radical feminists.

On her Twitter account, in particular, she featured a graphic that said, “A woman is someone with a female body and any personality…not a ‘female personality’ and any body. Any other definition is sexism.”

Well, whether or not we agree with the ‘sexism’ allegation is not the point. The student, Laura Tanner, is now “under siege for feminist rhetoric” on — of all places — a California campus:

University of California-Santa Barbara doctoral students, alumni and “allies” are demanding the administration take action against Laura Tanner, an outspoken critic of transgender ideology and doctoral candidate in its Department of Feminist Studies.

Tanner’s Twitter feed is dominated by discussion of transgender ideology’s threat to women, including young lesbians. She believes that transgender women – biological males – are wrongly appropriating a female identity.

The school’s newspaper, The Daily Nexus, published several of her tweets in which she staunchly defended her views that only biological women can (and should) be feminists. Of course, the paper defined this radical feminist’s views as “transphobic” because name-calling is far easier to do than rationally debate someone over differences of opinion.

The Left doesn’t even want a debate with fellow Leftists

The label, meant as an insult and to actually shut down debate rather than encourage it, is grossly inappropriate and out of place. Tanner describes herself as an intersectional feminist and she is writing a dissertation based on that ideology and how it interacts with mothering (she has three kids ages 16 to 23).

She has designed and taught a pair of courses in the department while serving as a teaching assistant for four additional courses. But because of her truth bombs about sexuality, now she’s a far-Left feminist without many far-Left allies on campus.

The College Fix reports that critics believe she ought to be removed from teaching and even worse — killed. One user on Twitter called her a “dumb bi**h” while another claimed she “needs to die.” Still others have ‘faulted’ her because she’s white — as if race has anything at all to do with feminism, trans issues, or anything else.

But again, these labels and threats and insults are not meant to encourage debate, they are meant to stifle it. The very same people who claim to oppose racism and fascism are some of the biggest promoters and practitioners of racism and fascism (the Left is just hypocritical like this).

One former student of Tanner’s, Kyremina Youssef, has discussed publicly lodging a formal complaint against her with her teaching department and the ethics board at the university.

Naturally, the uber Leftists who run the school are ready to leap to the defense of…other Leftists (just not a radical feminist Leftist). Title IX Coordinator Ariana Alvarez said her office is “actively engaging in a response” to Tanner and asked people to forward “any new posts” by her.

If you never thought you’d see the day when a radical Leftist wasn’t radical enough for other radical Leftists, that day has come. And who said this isn’t a self-destructive ideology?
