A group of abortion activists ate handfuls of abortion pills outside the Supreme Court in protest of its hearing about the constitutionality of Roe v Wade on Wednesday.

As the Supreme Court began their oral arguments over the Mississippi-based Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case, activists from both sides of the abortion issue demonstrated in front of the Supreme Court building in Washington, separated by a steel barricade and some police.
