Woke transgender culture is reshaping America’s values with government’s support
By Belle Carter // Jul 26, 2022

Transgender activists and their supporters are forcing concessions of their "woke culture" here and there. The high society and the government seem to be playing along with it.

This makes the public question its sanity as the "woke" people maneuver to assert their transgenderism agenda into the "new world" until all seem to be acceptable and normal.

Jonathon Van Maren, public speaker and pro-life activist, wrote in his blog published by Lifesite News: "Eventually, we lose our ability to be shocked. Slowly, the new language no longer jars us. And then, eventually, it all begins to seem normal.

"Bearded women. Men in skirts. Children undergoing surgery and beginning lifelong regimens of drugs. That is why these seemingly small incidents, when you zoom out, are important to call out and important to reject because of where they are taking us."

He cited some instances where gaslighting is clearly evident in conditioning the public's mind into accepting these crazy woke ideologies.

In an interview with MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Reports" on July 18, President Joe Biden's Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine urged legislation to "empower" kids to go on puberty blockers and get sex reassignment surgery. Levine was born male and her name used to be Richard.

Levine appeared on the show to advocate for Biden's radical transgender policies. Levine admitted that transgender youth are more likely to have mental health issues, but insisted that bullying is to blame, not the person's gender identity.

"The castrations and double mastectomies and other mutilations are in the service of affirming the gender of these children, rather than changing to the sex they believe themselves to be. See what they did there?" Van Maren wrote.

"Biden puts a cross-dressing four-star admiral on TV to support sex changes for kids and we're all supposed to nod along," he further stated.

The assistant secretary's comments on gender-transition surgeries as a way to empower children drew flak from the public. Arizona Representative Andy Biggs responded to Levine's comments via a tweet. This is "deeply disturbing," he tweeted.

Kansas Senator Roger Marshall also said that 80 percent of children outgrow gender dysphoria. "Under the Biden Admin's 'gender care' policies, these children may suffer irreversible harm. 'Gender-affirming care' is child abuse," the senator pointed out.

Also, Newsweek opinion editor Josh Hammer tweeted: "Unserious regime."

Radio show host Mark Davis also said that he would raise no personal fight with the assistant secretary about trans status as what adults want to do with their lives is none of his business. "But this is unfettered advocacy of child abuse," he noted.

"This is just appalling. The Biden Presidency is destroying America," Telegraph writer Nile Gardiner wrote.

Brainwashing the public on the definition of genders

Elsewhere in the article, a social media post from the Toronto Police Department was cited by the writer. It read: "News Release – Missing Woman, Ryerson Avenue and Bathurst Street area, Isobella Degrace, 27." This particular tweet went viral, as it was retweeted over 10,000 times. The reason is that the photo is of a bearded man, with no trace of any feminine features.

Another one is Merriam-Webster's amendment to the terminology "female." It is now defined as "having a gender identity that is the opposite of male."

"By literally changing the terms of the debate, trans activists can ensure that they control the outcome because words mean what they decide they mean, just as reality and biology can be redefined on a whim," Van Maren said. (Related: Woke libtards attack anthropology, claiming ancient skeletons can’t be labeled “men” or “women” because they might have identified as transgender.)

According to him, the dictionary appears to be the only one that has made the change so far. However, he expects the others to follow suit as Webster has also literally changed the definition of "sexual preference" to make sure that a Democratic senator's point was accurate after the fact.

Van Maren was talking about the incident when Democratic senators scolded Judge Amy Coney Barrett for her use of the word during day two of her confirmation hearings back in 2020. The definition was amended the same day this happened.

During a judiciary committee inquiry on Obergefell v. Hodges, which decreed a constitutional right to same-sex marriage, Senators Mazie Hirono and Cory Booker reprimanded Barrett for using the term "sexual preference," saying that it was offensive and outdated.

"The term is used by anti-LGBTQ activists to suggest that sexual orientation is a choice. It is not," Hirono told the judge.

Barrett apologized for the alleged error and said she meant no harm to anyone by using the widely adopted terminology. The senators still complained that the judge's use of the word indicates her personal beliefs about the case ruling.
