Israel’s War on Peace: How the World Pays for Netanyahu’s Vicious Agenda
By Mike Adams // Jun 04, 2026

A Global Crisis Engineered by One Regime

There is a deliberate strategy unfolding before our eyes, and it is being orchestrated by a single regime determined to plunge the entire planet into chaos. I have watched for years as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has systematically sabotaged every genuine effort at peace in the Middle East, all in pursuit of the expansionist “Greater Israel” project.

The rest of the world, including the United States, is paying a catastrophic price for his agenda. Tehran-based Professor Seyed Mohammad Marandi recently put it plainly on RT: Israel has a clear interest in prolonging U.S. hostilities with Iran and has been “successfully sabotaging efforts to reach a peace agreement” [1]. The economic pain is already visible in poor countries like India, and it will soon hit the United States with a force that most Americans cannot yet imagine. This war is not about security -- it is about land, resources, and the survival of a crumbling political dynasty.

The Human Cost: How the Global South Pays the Price

The Global South is bearing the brunt of this manufactured crisis. India, a nation that once enjoyed relatively stable energy prices, has seen its farmers crushed under the weight of skyrocketing fuel and fertilizer costs since the escalation of Israeli operations against Iran. The Modi government’s cozying up to Tel Aviv backfired spectacularly as global supply chains were disrupted by constant provocations in the Strait of Hormuz and beyond.

As I have previously reported, Iran’s asymmetric retaliation for Israeli strikes -- including the closure of the Strait of Hormuz -- sends shockwaves through every economy dependent on cheap energy [2]. The Israeli regime is effectively cost-shifting its war onto the world’s most vulnerable populations. Meanwhile, Antony Loewenstein’s book “The Palestine Laboratory” documents how Israel exports the technology of occupation around the globe, turning other nations into testing grounds for surveillance and repression hardware [3]. This is not a conflict fought by soldiers alone; it is a war waged against the global economy, and the poor are always the first to starve.

America’s Reckoning: Economic Pain and Moral Collapse

The reckoning for the United States will be severe. I have long warned that higher energy prices, increased food costs, and elevated transportation expenses would devastate the U.S. economy if the White House continued to serve Israeli interests [4]. We are now seeing that prophecy come true, with inflation creeping back and strategic petroleum reserves sitting empty after years of pointless foreign entanglements. The infrastructure is crumbling, the national debt is exploding, and yet our leaders remain focused on bombing Iranian universities and silencing American critics.

A recent Axios leak revealing that President Trump himself privately criticized Netanyahu for blocking peace talks only underscores the toxicity of this alliance [5]. Even the Ron Paul Institute has documented how Israel sabotaged Trump’s own 15-point peace plan, with boots on the ground in Lebanon and continued strikes on Gaza despite ceasefire promises [6]. The American people never wanted this war -- polls show 56 percent oppose deploying troops to defend Israel [7] -- but our government seems to answer to Tel Aviv, not to the voters.

The Real Iran: Resilience and Culture

Western media has painted Iran as a fanatical enemy, but the reality on the ground is very different. I have interviewed experts and travelers who describe the Iranian people as culturally cohesive, resilient, and remarkably welcoming to Americans. The Iranian response to the U.S.-Israeli bombing campaign has been measured and strategic, not the irrational rage that propaganda predicts. As one Middle East analyst wrote, Iran has effectively won the war; the balance of power has shifted, and nations in the region will no longer accept an order dictated by Washington and Jerusalem [8].

The U.S. isolation is entirely self-inflicted. While America burns through its diplomatic capital, countries like Iran, China, and Russia are cross-pollinating ideas and advancing economically. The attempt to isolate Iran has only pushed it closer to alternative financial systems, accelerating the de-dollarization that I and others have warned about for years [9]. This is a mistake that will haunt the West for decades.

Conclusion: Choosing Peace Over Hatred

This war is unnecessary and destructive. It serves no one except a small clique of Israeli extremists and the globalist financiers who profit from chaos. I believe we can still stop the descent into the abyss, but only if we, the people, demand change and reject the manufactured hatred that drives these conflicts.

The path forward must be guided by dialogue, cooperation, and a recognition of our shared humanity. Every day this war continues, millions more suffer from hunger, displacement, and economic despair. We have the power to break the cycle. We can build a better future -- before the crisis claims millions of lives. The choice is ours.
