Seditious Ocasio-Cortez calling for citizens to defy federal ICE agents by hiding illegal aliens in their homes: When will she be charged?

It’s been another momentous week for anti-American Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the New York ‘Democratic Socialist.’

She began the week insulting the memories of Jewish Americans and their loved ones who suffered mightily at the hands of the barbarous Nazi regime that, under Hitler’s orders, attempted to exterminate an entire race from the face the earth.

Known as “The Holocaust,” Nazi Germany killed more than 6 million Jews during World War II, most by gassing them to death but also via exhaustion, deprivation, and starvation in concentration camps.

Ocasio-Cortez compared that horrific period of history with the way the Trump administration is currently incarcerating scores of illegal aliens and family members, though there is utterly no comparison since migrants in U.S. custody a) chose to break our laws by crossing illegally into the United States — hence, they were not ‘rounded up’; b) are having their medical, educational, and personal needs cared for by overworked, understaffed Border Patrol and Customs and Border Enforcement personnel; and c) are not being marched into gas chambers and murdered by the thousands per day. Because she’s as arrogant as she is anti-American, “AOC” as she is known refused to apologize and, as reported by The Gateway Pundit, even doubled down on the grossly inappropriate comparison.

But what she did later in the week not only surpasses that outrage, but many believe she crossed a legal line that, if our Justice Department makes the decision to go after her, could cost AOC her freedom.

Last week, POTUS Donald Trump tweeted that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents were preparing to engage in a nationwide effort to target and detain illegal aliens who have been ordered deported by immigration judges but have thus far refused to leave.

“Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States. They will be removed as fast as they come in. Mexico, using their strong immigration laws, is doing a very good job of stopping people,” the president wrote.

She CAN be arrested and prosecuted

But as ICE geared up to begin its sweep on Sunday, someone leaked details of the operation to the Washington Post, as reported by The National Sentinel.

Picking up on the details published by the Post, Ocasio-Cortez took to Twitter to encourage as many Americans as possible to defy ICE by hiding illegals in their homes and alerting others to ICE’s presence in their communities.

With these tweets, Ocasio-Cortez is doing more than just reminding illegal aliens of their rights under our laws (and that they still have those rights despite the fact that they broke our laws to get into the country).

She is actively encouraging Americans to break the law by hiding illegal aliens in their homes and working to undermine the lawful duties of ICE agents. She is, in every sense, aiding and abetting sedition.

According to the Constitution, there are certain times when sitting congresspersons cannot be arrested or detained. But the Supreme Court, in the early 1900s, ruled that the Constitution does not provide blanket protection for lawmakers while they are acting in their official capacity.

Notes the Heritage Foundation, in dissecting the language of Article 1, Sect. 6, Clause 1:

The Supreme Court interpreted the language "in all Cases, except Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace" to encompass all crimes. … The Court concluded that the Framers' use of the identical phrase, without any explanation, indicated that Congress's privilege was to have the same limitation regarding criminal actions as did the parliamentary privilege from which the language was borrowed. The clause, therefore, does not provide Congress with any immunity from criminal prosecution.

AOC can be arrested and tried for felonies tied to her actions. If our system of justice is not completely broken, she should be.
