Anti-Jewish hate crimes SKYROCKET by 214% in Democrat-run NYC
By Zoey Sky // Nov 29, 2023

According to data from the New York Police Department, the war in Gaza has caused a surge in hate-filled incidents aimed at Jews in the city.

The number of reported hate crimes against Jews has risen by an alarming 214 percent in October, which isn't surprising because this is common in Democrat-run areas. After all, most of the racism, sexism, gun violence, violent crime and hate crimes take place in cities where Democrats are in charge.

Ironically, in Republican-run areas, which leftists claim are full of racists, towns and neighborhoods are clean, peaceful, safe and tolerant.

Democrat-run NYC is also full of hate

Despite claims to the contrary, New York City is full of hate crimes, and following the outbreak of the Israel-Palestine war, hate against Jews is on the rise.

In October, overall hate crimes in New York went up by an alarming 124 percent compared to October 2022. At the same time, hate crime reports against Jews surged by a shocking 214 percent, according to police data.

Bob Moskovitz, the executive coordinator of Brooklyn’s Flatbush Shomrim Safety Patrol (FSSP), said the community is fully aware of the frightening crime rates. He added that calls to the FSSP hotline, which the community uses to report incidents, "has probably increased in this last month and a half by 300%. The phone is simply not stopping."

In New York, where President Joe Biden won 77 percent of the votes, a normal month means at least 500 incident calls. This October resulted in 1,600 calls from scared citizens.

Moskovitz explained that FSSP acts as "eyes and ears for the Police Department" because they are often inundated with 911 calls and other cases that require their immediate attention.

Moskovitz also said many of the calls come from Jewish institutions that need help. They often ask for someone to be posted outside. Moskovitz also revealed that many Jews in the community are in a state of panic, which means many issues that would have been swept under the rug are now being reported.

Unfortunately, the hate often comes from young middle school and high school students who drive through Jewish neighborhoods waving Palestinian flags and shouting at Jewish residents. According to many Jewish residents, they frequently start the day with the Israeli flags they put outside their homes either stolen or destroyed."

Moskovitz believes that the youth are only lashing out because they don't fully understand what is happening overseas.

Sadly, New York isn't the only area seeing an alarming surge in hate crime.

Other cities also experience surge in hate crimes

Researchers for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) have "tracked an increase in documented and reported incidents of anti-Semitic harassment of individuals and 'fake' bomb threats to Jewish institutions."

In an email, the SPLC explained that in addition to reports of anti-Semitic graffiti, there have also been "a large number of online activity that denigrates Jewish people using age-old tropes." The center explained that the increase in anti-Semitic activity was accompanied by an increase in anti-Muslim and anti-Arab activity.

Additionally, institutes of higher education have observed outbreaks of anti-Jewish hate. (Related: Rise in antisemitism on college campuses linked to Middle Eastern regimes donating BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to universities.)

Jewish students at Cooper UnionColumbia University and other higher-education institutions have reported feeling "particularly vulnerable" as tensions from the war between Israel and Hamas affect college campuses, where threats and anti-Semitic incidents have been reported.
