Jeffrey Prather accuses Biden’s camp of employing “information influence operations” – Brighteon.TV
By Nolan Barton // Sep 29, 2021

Jeffrey Prather knows exactly how to call the early reports claiming the Arizona election audit a victory for President Joe Biden well ahead of the announcement of its actual results.

"They are information influence operations, prepping the information battlefield. They are trying to do damage reports already ahead of time," Prather says during his program the "Prather Point" on Brighteon.TV. "You have to understand that they are simply trying to influence you. The first rule of war is knowing that you are in one."

True enough, there's more to the Arizona election audit than just the final tally. While the results of the hand recount in Maricopa County have seen Biden's margin of victory increase by 360 votes, the bigger picture shows irregularities in the state's election process. Arizona election audit reveals hints of election fraud

Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based firm hired to lead the audit, has found that the official results and the final records of who voted are off by 11,592, which is more than the election margin.

Arizona's official results say Biden won the state by only 10,457 votes. He is the first Democratic presidential nominee to win Maricopa County in 72 years, and with a rather stout margin of over 45,000 votes.

The hand recount has found 99 additional votes for Biden and 261 fewer votes for former President Donald Trump. But that's not the real story.

"How can you certify results that the county can't event back up?" Liz Harrington, Trump's spokesperson, asks in a Twitter post.

Harrington adds that there are 23,344 mail-in ballots counted from people that should not have received their ballots by mail because they had moved, as well as 10,342 voters with the same first name, middle name, last name and birth year who voted in multiple counties.

The Maricopa audit report says none of the county's election numbers match; ballot images are either corrupt or missing; election data is apparently intentionally deleted; illegal ballots have been counted from people who had moved; ballots have been duplicated more than once; and serial numbers are missing.

"What has been found is both encouraging and alarming. On the positive side there were no substantial differences between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official canvass results for the county," the report says.

Election audit report says Maricopa County did not fully cooperate with the process

Authors of the report criticize the county's recordkeeping, cite issues with some of its election systems and propose some reforms to the state's election processes. They scold Maricopa County for not fully cooperating with the process and say that this prevented "a complete audit."

"Had Maricopa County chosen to cooperate with the audit, the majority of these obstacles would have easily been overcome," the report says.

With the blueprint of potential election fraud finally revealed, Republicans are looking to conduct similar reviews in other states. Republicans in both the Wisconsin and Pennsylvania legislatures are moving forward with similar investigations into the 2020 race.

In Wisconsin, two separate election reviews are underway. One is by the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau, and the other by a pro-Trump former state Supreme Court justice.

In Pennsylvania, Republican legislators in the Senate's Intergovernmental Operations Committee voted earlier this month to subpoena voters' personal information – including addresses, driver's license numbers, and partial Social Security numbers – in preparation for a new review of the state's 2020 election results.

Meanwhile, Senate Republicans are planning to change election laws in time for the 2022 mid-term elections. The Senate is likely to hold committee hearings and possibly recommend legislation before the Legislature gets back to work in January.

Prather also tells his viewers that the Arizona election recount is far from over. He says that Arizona GOP leader Kelli Ward is demanding a full canvass of the election. Ward insists that the audit results indicate "possible malfeasance." (Related: Arizona Senate attempts to seize all Maricopa County voting machines for full forensic audit.)
